透明罪 - Blue Tears is a suspense-driven visual novel set in Gardenia City in 2025. Players assume the role of Lynn Chan, a 25-year-old barista whose life takes a dark turn after she meets a mysterious customer. The narrative revolves around Lynn's past, a murder she committed, and her search for a "Friend who never existed" within her memories over the course of 28 in-game days.

Main characters

Lynn Chan is the main playable character. Raised by her grandmother on Changbai Island, she dreams of owning a seaside apartment and works at Lorrest's Coffee, where business is slow. Moe Bai is a 24-year-old out-of-towner who comes to the café looking for someone. Huia Fon is a cold and sharp-tongued 26-year-old girl who inexplicably appears before Lynn, while Shepherd Lee, Lynn's childhood friend and a private detective, returns after seven years apart.
