Dungeon combat

Blade & Barrel is a PC dungeon combat game where you clear rooms of monsters with a rusty sword and an empty pistol. Some enemies are vulnerable to the blade, some to the gun, and some to neither, so you have to work out how to defeat each type while managing your health and ammunition.

Rooms and upgrades

After clearing a small room, you can visit a shop and buy upgrades for ammo, athleticism, health, and other aspects of your character. The rooms contain increasingly difficult and complex monsters, and choosing upgrades well matters as you fight through the dungeon.
