Tower defense inside the body

Bio Inc. Total Defense is an incremental tower defense game for PC set inside the human body. You place defenses in blood vessels to protect organs as pathogens pour in from every entrance. There are no waves or breaks: enemies keep advancing from the moment a stage starts, from hundreds in a capillary to over 100,000 across the whole body.

Defenses and placement

You can unlock and upgrade 11 defenses. White blood cells and macrophages hunt invaders, while tissue walls and mucus slow their spread. Fever blasts, acid glands and antibody cannons deal with enemies directly. Where you place defenses matters, as does deciding when to use septic shock.
