Before They Wake

A Journey Through Horror: Before They Wake

Before They Wake is a gripping third-person horror experience set against the unsettling backdrop of the 1980s. Players step into the shoes of Alfred Baptiste, a man who battles not only inner demons but also the external threat of a mutating virus. This contagion has left him temporarily paraplegic, restricting his movement and challenging his will to survive. It’s a poignant narrative of despair coupled with the drive to find solace and a cure.

Tapes of Despair: Uncovering Alfred’s Story

The game unfolds as players navigate through a series of tapes, each documenting Alfred's struggle from the onset of his paralysis to his relentless quest for healing. These tapes serve as both a narrative device and a way to piece together the haunting aspects of his past. Each recorded moment reveals the growing tension and horror in Alfred's life, inviting players to journey deeper into his increasingly fragile world.
