Game premise and objectives

Bassai-Dai is a single-player action-adventure game set in a stylized world where ink serves as both a power and a tool for progression. Players take on the role of Void, who must rescue his sister, Rainbow, after she is kidnapped by a mysterious enemy. You will use a legendary brush to manipulate the environment, solve puzzles, engage in combat, and explore various kingdoms.

Combat and elemental powers

Combat in the game is influenced by elemental powers, which you can develop as you progress through the story. Players will encounter enemies and engage in fight scenarios where creativity is essential. The elemental powers are based on four themes: fire, water, earth, and wind. Each element has different interactions and mechanics that you'll need to master to tackle challenges effectively.
