Game premise and objectives

Aswang Hunter is a real-time horror battler that combines elements of house defense. You play as a rogue hunter tasked with exploring homes affected by an Aswang outbreak. Your primary objective is to protect families from the folklore monsters that invade these spaces. Throughout the game, you’ll need to scavenge for weapons like bolos and spears as you attempt to prevent the Aswang from escaping until dawn.

Gameplay mechanics

The game requires you to manage controls for each arm separately, which adds a layer of complexity to combat and resource management. You will have to carefully monitor the silhouettes at windows to identify when monsters are approaching. This mechanic promotes awareness and strategic planning, as positioning and timing are crucial to successfully fend off the attackers.
