Word-finding survival

Astral Trace is a single-player arcade word game for PC. You trace valid words through moving hex clusters to earn score and survival time. Each Trace also builds Resonance, which increases the field’s speed and density as your run continues.

Tracing under pressure

Hex clusters drift and rotate while the clock keeps running. Stronger Traces earn greater rewards, so you have to choose between taking an obvious word quickly and searching for a better one. Time and lives determine whether the run continues.
