Amnesty is an online survival shooter set in one city district during a nighttime debt-amnesty program. Up to 20 players compete in crews of up to four: survive a ten-minute Lockdown and get gold back to your house to earn credits you keep. The district’s residents have all signed the same deal, and only those who last through Lockdown get a clean slate.

Preparing a house

Before the fighting starts, your crew has up to two minutes to claim an empty property and prepare it. You claim a house at its safe; if you haven’t chosen one when Lockdown begins, the game assigns you an empty house and moves you inside. Nobody can fire during preparation. If everyone readies up after the first 45 seconds, preparation ends with a ten-second countdown.
