Amaterasu in Hell is a PC game about the Japanese sun goddess entering the Buddhist underworld to rescue animal companions she once mistreated and cast there. You explore the underworld and search for the companions, then flee with each one while its captors pursue.

Stealth and exploration

Amaterasu is powerful, but fighting every inhabitant is difficult. You’ll need to use stealth and judge when to avoid a fight. The exploration draws on styles associated with Tunic and the Dark Souls series.
