A turn-based artillery roguelite

Aetherlob is a turn-based artillery roguelite for PC. Mara Venn lives at Morningtide Base, an abandoned starwell observatory, and takes her cannon into the Starfall Corridor after hearing a rumor: somewhere on its fifth layer, a star never goes out. The base’s starwell connects her to travelers in the corridor, who join her expedition.

Aiming and timing

Each turn, you choose where your travelers stand, where they aim and when to release a charged shot. Wind and terrain affect your aim. A high arc can hit a creature behind cover, while a blast beneath an enemy can destroy the ground it’s standing on. The charge bar rises to its peak, then falls, so releasing at the right moment matters alongside choosing an angle.
