ABOUT THIS GAME

Discover Quinnimont Coal Drag in Trainz 2019

Trainz 2019 DLC: Quinnimont Coal Drag immerses players in the historic coal transportation era of West Virginia. This downloadable content package enhances the simulation experience with the addition of the “C&O 2-6-6-6 H8” locomotive and a detailed session set in Quinnimont, a key marshalling yard. Players will be propelled into the unique challenges of assembling coal trains for shipment to various destinations.

The Historical Setting of Quinnimont

Compelled by the promise of coal mining, Quinnimont's history is rich and layered. Established as a major shipping point as early as the 1870s, the area saw intense activity as trains facilitated the movement of coal to Clifton Forge and beyond. With deep roots in coal mining, players will step into a vibrant scene where empty cars are prepared for local mines, making operations feel lifelike.
