New Frontiers is a downloadable content (DLC) expansion for Tropico 6, a city-building and management simulation game. In this expansion, players take on the role of El Presidente once more, influencing the direction of their banana republic through different choices. You have the option to be either a feared dictator or a peace-loving statesman, which impacts the governance of your island state of Tropico.

Era progression

The DLC covers four distinctive eras, allowing players to shape their republic's trajectory over time. Each era presents new challenges and political climates, requiring adaptations in your approach to leadership. You will need to manage resources, satisfy the needs of your citizens, and navigate interpersonal relationships to maintain control.
