Game premise and mechanics

Shear Field is an incremental sheep shearing game for PC. In this game, you start with a single sheep and progress to shear various breeds to build a wool empire. You use a timed-snip mechanic that rewards you with wool and resources, allowing you to shear Common Sheep, Fluffy Rams, and Golden Fleece breeds. Each breed has different challenges and rewards, requiring you to develop strategies for efficient shearing as your flock grows.

Upgrades and resource management

You manage your sheep and resources through an upgrade system that includes hundreds of choices. You invest Wool Dust, the universal currency, into core stats such as Clip Speed, Shear Force, and Snip Rate. You can also specialize in breed-specific resources to enhance your wool production and transform your sheep pen into a more efficient system.
