MSP Mayhem

Tackle the Turmoil in MSP Mayhem

In MSP Mayhem, players wrestle with the chaos of managing a small Managed Service Provider on PC. You're not just answering phones; you're juggling multiple tasks during a time-pressed shift. Up to three friends can join you in this co-op experience, where the goal is simple yet frantic: keep technology running smoothly for your clients while navigating constant distractions and breakdowns.

Master the Art of Urgent Ticket Resolution

The clock ticks away as you answer ringing phones and retrieve urgent support tickets. Each ticket you carry to a workstation requires swift action to resolve before the SLA timer turns red. Ignoring these calls could mean losing valued customers forever. Communication skills come into play as you balance technical fixes with maintaining a positive rapport with clients seeking assistance.
