I, Hurricane is a storm simulation strategy game for PC in which you play the force of climate change, not a rescue team. Across seasons, you create hurricanes, typhoons and cyclones and try to make them stronger before humanity responds to the warming oceans.

Growing storms

You seed storms over warm water and watch them develop. A satellite-style map shows where the ocean gives a storm the best chance to thrive; choose a poor spot and it can fizzle. Storms follow rules based on real hurricanes: they form in the tropics, strengthen over warm water, weaken in crosswinds and dry air, and die over land. Their behavior is tuned to the historical record for each ocean.
