In the Terraformers: Independence DLC for PC, players are thrust into the complex political landscape of Mars. This expansion invites you to forge alliances with factions vying for power on the Red Planet. Navigating Faction Dynamics on Mars

Faction dynamics play a crucial role in shaping your Martian cities. When establishing a new city, you have the option to assign leadership to one of the three factions, each offering distinct policies. A total of 21 policies are available, allowing you to tailor your city’s focus according to the faction’s strengths. Strengthen your cities in line with faction goals, and watch as their influence expands, an essential element in your quest for autonomy.
