The Path

A Journey Into The Dark Woods: The Path

In The Path, players are drawn into a hauntingly beautiful tale that challenges notions of obedience and the consequences of choice. Set against the backdrop of a modern-day forest, this short horror game intertwines elements of folklore reminiscent of Little Red Riding Hood. As six sisters venture from their urban dwelling to visit a sick grandmother, they grapple with the ominous rule: stay on the designated path, where danger lurks just beyond the trees.

Exploring Themes of Choice and Consequence

Each sister in The Path offers a unique perspective, allowing players to traverse the story through different ages and personalities. This choice-driven narrative emphasizes growing up and the often tumultuous journey of leaving childhood behind. Every decision made by the player affects their experience, creating a poignant exploration of consequence tied to each act of defiance against the path's confines.
