SGS Heia Safari

Explore the East African Campaign in SGS Heia Safari

SGS Heia Safari is a compelling turn-based strategy game set during World War One, focusing on the East African campaign. Players can delve into a historical conflict where the forces of Imperial Germany managed to hold their ground against the Allies from 1914 to 1918. The strategic depth lies in leading German commanders against Commonwealth, Belgian, and Portuguese troops, all while navigating the complexities of guerrilla warfare.

Command Historical Forces in a Challenging Setting

In this game, players have the opportunity to lead the German commander von Lettow and his skilled Askaris. Despite being vastly outnumbered, the Germans successfully engaged in a guerrilla war that kept the Allies occupied, drawing resources away from critical fronts elsewhere in the war. Your decisions can echo the historic achievements of von Lettow or, if you take on the role of an Entente Field commander, attempt to decisively tip the scales in favor of the Allies.
