Seasons in Charge

Football management

Seasons in Charge is a PC football management game about building a team and taking it through a season. You choose a formation, pick your starting eleven and set the team’s approach: play through the middle or out wide, and use a defensive, balanced or attacking setup. Squad decisions include weighing up whether to stick with a tired regular or give a youngster a chance.

Transfers and contracts

Search the transfer market and send scouts to learn more about players you’re considering. You can negotiate transfer fees and wages, arrange loans, and renew the contracts of players you want to keep. Those choices sit alongside the task of managing the club’s wages and income.
