Labyrinth: The War on Terror

Unfolding the Conflict in Labyrinth: The War on Terror

Labyrinth: The War on Terror grips players with its strategic approach to a contemporary crisis. Designed by former CIA analyst Volko Ruhnke, this PC title immerses you in the shifting tides of the global war on terror. The game emphasizes not only strategic gameplay but also a rich narrative that pulls from both recent history and projected future events, placing you at the center of ideological battles.

Two Distinct Roles Frame the Strategy

In two-player modes, choices matter significantly. One player embodies the Jihadists, aiming to establish fundamentalist governance, while the other takes on the US, striving to dismantle terrorist networks and advocate for democratic reforms in Muslim regions. This contrasts creates a compelling asymmetrical dynamic where each action influences broader strategies, making every round a tense standoff of resources and objectives.
