Game overview

ColorFest is a multiplayer paint-based shooter on PC. Matches begin on a blank white map that players color using paintball guns, paint bombs, and paint-leaking shoes. The objective is to cover the map in your color, effectively marking it as yours. Players can also eliminate opponents to capture their painted territory, instantly converting their painted areas to your color.

Combat and weapons

Players engage in combat using various paint-based weapons. The primary tool is a paintball gun which allows you to shoot paint at opponents and surfaces. Paint bombs provide area damage, and the shoes leak paint as you move, creating an ever-expanding area of influence. The game encourages a balance between territorial control and offensive strategies, as losing a skirmish can result in losing much of the territory you've painted.
