Cleo - a pirate's tale

Set Sail on an Adventure in Cleo - a Pirate's Tale

Cleo - a pirate's tale is a retro-style pixel art adventure for PC that blends humor and nostalgia into a linear storyline reminiscent of classic Zelda and LucasArts games. Here, players step into the shoes of Cleo, a 14-year-old girl who longs for excitement beyond her mundane life in a bar. A fateful encounter with a ghost and a mysterious pirate logbook sets her on a thrilling journey through a world filled with treachery and treasure.

Meet Cleo: A Reluctant Heroine

In the everyday gloom of her father’s bar, Cleo feels stuck among fishermen and wannabe pirates. Despite her cynical outlook and grasp of legendary sea tales, her world is mundane, until a ghostly guide opens doors to adventure. The narrative balances Cleo's dry humor with the high stakes of her quest. As she navigates lies, deception, and greed, players witness her transformation from a bored girl to a bold adventurer.
