Cargo Boats is a shipping network game for PC about connecting coastal towns and moving cargo between their harbors. You draw routes across the water, assign boats to carry containers, and adjust the network as new ports appear. Each connection creates another way for cargo to travel, while adding a route or fitting it around existing traffic gives you a new problem to solve.

Routes can link ports with shuttle services or loops. You can place waypoints to steer boats around islands, and let multiple routes use the same busy harbor. Connections can also carry cargo beyond the end of a single boat’s trip, so the network is about linking journeys as well as assigning ships.
