By the Coast

Coastal village sandbox

By the Coast is a creative sandbox for PC about building a seaside village and watching its residents go about their daily lives. You can start with an editable coastal settlement or an open landscape, then shape the homes, terrain and paths without managing timers, currency or villager needs.

Building on the coast

You can reshape cottages by adding wings, changing rooflines and joining rooms, or build stone walls along a slope. Houses can be adapted to uneven ground, with rooms supported on brackets against a cliff. Terrain tools let you raise, lower, smooth and flatten the land, including slopes, terraces and beaches. You can also paint winding lanes between homes.
