Bonaparte 1789 AD

Turn-based European strategy

Bonaparte 1789 AD is a turn-based strategy game for PC about statecraft, dynastic rule and war in Europe from 1789 to 1856. You take charge of one of five powers and make decisions month by month, continuing until 1856 or until your own court brings you down. Playable nations are France, Prussia, Austria, Russia and Great Britain.

The map covers 34 regions and five seas. Five map views show information such as ownership, relations, war risk, unrest and garrisons. You move armies to borders and can land on foreign shores across seas you control. Four historical scenarios cover events from the Fall of the Bastille to Nicholas I, alongside an Endless Scenario spanning 1789 to 1856.
