Air War General - WW2 Air Force Wargame

WW2 air strategy

Air War General - WW2 Air Force Wargame is a turn-based, 2D grid-based strategy game about commanding aircraft in World War II. You organize squadrons, wings and air bases, then send aircraft on missions including dogfights, bomber attacks, interceptions, close air support and reconnaissance. You can command the USAAF, RAF or Luftwaffe across theaters in Germany, the UK, Europe and North Africa.

Combat uses a tactical system with no dice rolls. You give orders to aircraft and can set them to fire automatically at air or ground targets, or switch to manual firing. Flight paths, short- and long-range moves, and group movement shape how you position your forces.
