About Nintendo eShop Gift Card
A Nintendo eShop Card adds funds to the Nintendo eShop balance on your Nintendo Account. You spend that balance in Nintendo eShop on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
How to redeem
- Open Nintendo eShop from the HOME Menu and pick the account to use.
- On the left of the screen, select Enter Code or Redeem Code. The label depends on your region.
- Enter the 16-character code and select OK.
- Select Confirm, then Add Funds. The funds go straight to your balance.
Codes never use the letters O, I or Z.
Regions and currency
Nintendo says eShop Cards are specific to one country. They only redeem on a Nintendo Account set to that country, and physical cards show the country on the back. Nintendo's European support adds one exception: a card can be used in any country that uses the same currency. A euro card bought in France, for example, also works on an account set to Germany.
Nintendo can't exchange a card for one from another country. The region shown with each offer here comes from the seller's listing, so match it to your account's country before you buy.
