When the Light Dies

Explore a Darkly Intriguing Narrative in When the Light Dies

When the Light Dies for PC invites players into a gripping 2D RPG experience reminiscent of classic Super Nintendo titles. Following the success of its predecessors, this entry by Gemelle Games immerses you in the journey of Rick, a mercenary faced with a daunting challenge. After a botched job threatens the life of a woman and his own pride, he assembles a party of unlikely allies in a desperate race against time. The stakes are high, and the clock is ticking.

A Party of Misfits: Characters in Conflict

Rick's team is anything but conventional. His companions include a novice with no battlefield experience, a jealous lover, and a hesitant valet, along with a mage who hasn't seen action in over nine decades. Their collective motivation stems from a cursed knife, which pulls Anna deeper into darkness. The characters’ distinct backgrounds create a rich dynamic, as they must learn to collaborate or risk failure.
