What We Carry

A Dark Journey Awaits in What We Carry

What We Carry plunges players into a brutal modern roguelike deckbuilder that pays homage to classic RPGs and text-based masocore. As you traverse a treacherous, hidden world, the only companion guiding your choices is a mirror reflecting your past. Your path is simple, move forward, but the darkness shrouding what lies ahead creates an atmosphere of uncertainty, pressing you to make vital decisions that could spell life or death.

Navigating a World Fueled by Choices

Every step forward in What We Carry is fraught with decision-making. Randomized event cards inject unpredictability into your journey, each presenting ambiguous choices: Help or ignore? Risk or retreat? These split-second judgments reshape your run through immediate consequences, whether that’s altering your stats, inflicting new conditions, or leading to an untimely demise. In this world, survival hinges on your strategic thinking, not just reflexes.
