Wayward Strand - Xbox One

Step aboard the Airborne Hospital in Wayward Strand

In Wayward Strand for Xbox One, players step into the shoes of Casey Beaumaris, a teenager navigating an airborne hospital in the summer of 1978. Tasked with assisting her mother over a long weekend, Casey enters a world where personal stories unfold at every corner. While her plan is to document her experiences for the school newspaper, she quickly discovers a vibrant tapestry of life, grief, and resilience among the patients and staff.

Explore the Real-Time Narrative Structure

One of the game’s most engaging features is its real-time narrative structure. Characters within the hospital are not stagnant; they continue their lives even when Casey is not observing them. As players navigate through her day, they can choose to follow different characters, witness their interactions, and engage in meaningful conversations. This dynamic allows for a varied experience with each playthrough, ensuring there’s always something new to uncover.
