Voyagers of Nera is a cooperative survival-crafting game available on PC, designed for up to 10 players. Set in a beautifully rendered ocean filled with ancient ruins and diverse biomes, this game invites players to step into the shoes of the Echoes, descendants of a long-extinct group of protectors. Players will navigate the magical waters of Nera, battling monstrous creatures and reviving ancient spirits in a quest to restore balance to the world.

Build Your Own Custom Boats

Players can take control of their adventure by crafting their own boats from scratch. Customize your seafaring vessels with sails, decorations, cannons, and even magical stations. The open ocean offers the freedom to sail to distant islands or ride the waves. But underneath the surface lurks danger, and players must stay vigilant for threats that haunt the depths. Gathering resources proves crucial as you explore this magical realm.

Fantastical Biomes Await Exploration

Journey across vibrant and varied biomes, from an island archipelago formed around a fallen colossus to towering coral cliffs. Each location has its own unique challenges and resources, compelling players to build secure bases near the seaside. Surviving in such an enchanted world means crafting formidable weapons and awakening powerful nature spirits who hold the secrets of the land.

Rescue Spirits and Unlock New Abilities

Lost spirits are scattered throughout Nera, each hiding from the monsters that hunt them. Players have the chance to rescue these spirits and, in return, learn new crafting recipes and magical abilities. Many biomes were dominated by powerful Elder Spirits—find their remnants, awaken them, and gain access to their incredible powers. This adds a compelling layer to gameplay as players strive to restore harmony in Nera.

Create Dynamic Island Bases

The game features an expressive construction system that allows players to build customizable island villages. Each base not only serves as a resource-refining hub and crafting station but also as a sanctuary for newly awakened spirits. Attract these spirits by constructing various amenities. In return, they will enhance your settlement, granting you access to more powerful crafting capabilities essential for advancing in the game.

Play Solo or Form a Crew

While Voyagers of Nera shines as a cooperative experience, it also caters to solo players. You can join a game with up to 10 people, inviting friends to contribute through distinct roles like crafting, adventuring, or battling. Matchmaking is straightforward; host a game, set up a dedicated server for free, or choose from approved partners. Every player has a part to play in the collective survival effort.

Engaging Community Feedback and Early Access

Currently launching into Early Access, the developers are focused on refining gameplay based on player feedback. Continuous playtesting has been occurring every two weeks since mid-2025. Early Access allows a broader audience to provide insights on their experience, helping shape future updates. The developers encourage players to share thoughts via in-game surveys, on Steam, and in their community Discord.
