Survival and crafting

VoxelMine is a PC survival game where you mine, craft, hunt and explore a world of varied biomes. You start with a copper axe, pickaxe and sword, then work your way through metals up to lonsdaleite. Smelting and smithing are hands-on: you heat ore in a furnace, grip it with tongs and hammer it on an anvil. Each new metal requires a better anvil and hammer.

Magic and exploration

You build wands, staffs, grimoires and gauntlets piece by piece, choosing a gem for the tip and material for the core. Fire magic currently has ten spells, learned from scrolls. Beyond your workbench, you can explore cherry groves, volcanoes, badlands, mushroom islands, swamps and snowy mountains. Weather changes, rain falls, and you get cold without suitable clothing.
