Unaccessible

Unaccessible: A Wheelchair Platformer with a Twist

Unaccessible merges the realms of third-person platformers and social commentary, set against the backdrop of a mysterious tropical island. Players take on the role of James, a man grappling with the aftermath of a disastrous taxi accident that left him wheelchair-bound. The game humorously highlights the challenges of navigating both physical obstacles and the convoluted process of filing a health insurance claim. On this captivating island, every stair and wall becomes not just an obstacle but a commentary on accessibility.

Rolling Through the Narrative

The journey unfolds as players guide James through a series of unexpected trials, revealing the absurdity and frustration of securing an insurance claim. NPCs scattered throughout the island provide guidance and lore, creating an interactive narrative that deepens the experience. As the story progresses, the whimsical tone contrasts with the serious themes, allowing players to laugh while also reflecting on their own experiences with bureaucracy.
