Gameplay unfolds in a procedural horror format that keeps players on their toes. The hotel comprises 250 floors, featuring various map types, including eerie hotel corridors, dining rooms, and expansive outdoor balconies. The top-down, isometric view predominantly guides exploration, with the option of switching to a claustrophobic first-person mode. Each level is dynamically generated, which ensures that no two playthroughs are alike. Players must navigate the environment carefully, observing for clues and managing their limited resources.
