TAPE: Unveil the Memories

Unravel the Mystery in TAPE: Unveil the Memories

In TAPE: Unveil the Memories, players follow Iria, a young girl drawn into a web of familial secrets after receiving a cryptic VHS tape from her father. Set in the picturesque yet eerie town of Antumbria, the narrative unfolds around the backdrop of Galician society during the 1990s. This isn’t just a journey into personal trauma; it’s an exploration of how horror cinema melds with reality.

Engaging Mechanics with a Touch of Horror

Armed with her father’s old video camera, Iria gains the ability to manipulate time within her memories. This inventive mechanic allows players to engage with the environment in a distinctive way, moving objects backward, forward, or pausing them altogether. As they navigate through her past, the camera becomes a powerful tool for revealing truths that may have been long hidden away.
