SGS Battle For: Shanghai

SGS Battle for Shanghai: A Tactical Challenge on PC

SGS Battle for Shanghai immerses players in the gritty, tactical warfare of the Second Sino-Japanese War. Released for PC, this fourth installment in the SGS Battle series invites players to engage in intense confrontations set against the backdrop of a historic conflict, particularly the ferocious Battle of Shanghai from August to November 1937. Players can choose to command either the Chinese or Japanese forces while navigating this deeply strategic battlefield.

Engage in Historical Conflicts

During gameplay, participants will experience the chaotic scenarios of street-to-street battles in Shanghai and its suburbs. With a tactical scale that accommodates regiment, battalion, and platoon-size units, players need to carefully manage their forces. The game's unique unit activation system adds a layer of complexity, as not all units are guaranteed to act each turn. Strategizing the use of resources and timing is crucial for overcoming your opponent.
