Samurai by Reiner Knizia

Strategy Meets Culture in Samurai

Reiner Knizia’s Samurai transports players to feudal Japan, a realm where strategy intertwines with tradition. This strategy board game allows you to vie for dominance over critical societal pillars: food, religion, and military might. On PC, the digital adaptation mirrors the complexities of its tabletop counterpart, letting players outmaneuver opponents through tactical tile placements.

Hexagonal Tiles and Tactical Decisions

At the heart of Samurai lies the game's innovative use of hexagonal tiles, each representing key cities and villages across the map. Players must carefully calculate their moves to establish control, balancing their focus on different elements to secure victory. Achieving supremacy requires foresight and adaptability, as opponents can just as easily thwart your ambitions.
