PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness

The Dystopian World of PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness

In PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness, players enter a future where society measures mental states and emotional health through a system known as the Psycho-Pass. This intriguing concept not only quantifies personal happiness but also evaluates an individual's potential for criminality through what’s termed the Crime Coefficient. The stakes are high as players navigate a landscape where justice and psychological scrutiny intersect.

Navigating Ethical Dilemmas in a Data-Driven Society

Set in a meticulously crafted dystopia, PSYCHO-PASS poses challenging ethical dilemmas. As a member of the MWPSB (Ministry of Welfare and Public Safety Bureau), players must patrol a society where numbers dictate morality. The game delves into complex themes of free will versus determinism as players investigate crimes with the aid of data. Each choice can influence not just the case outcome but also personal integrity within this oppressive framework.
