Peripheral

A Short Horror Experience in Peripheral

Peripheral invites players into a tightening spiral of psychological horror. Set in a seemingly normal library, the game's tension escalates as players return books while avoiding eerie Wardens, statue-like entities that behave according to your gaze. Only when players look away do these menacing figures stalk closer, creating a high-stakes challenge as they attempt to dismantle your sanity.

Return the Books Before Time Runs Out

Your task is deceptively simple: retrieve a book from the return slot, locate its shelf, and return it. But there's a catch, the more books you return, the more difficult the game becomes. With each successful return, the Wardens' relentless pursuit grows. The library's atmosphere shifts; lights flicker and shelves become traps. Completing your goal becomes a race against both time and fear.
