Unravel the Mystery in Noise

In Noise, set against the backdrop of the fading USSR in 1988, players are thrust into an eerie atmosphere where sound is both a tool and a threat. As a radio amateur, you stumble upon a strange signal filled with incomprehensible noises that broadcasts incessantly. Among the static, fragmented human voices emerge, hinting at unsettling truths waiting to be uncovered. The signal's source is marked as nonexistent on maps, setting the stage for a surreal exploration of mystery and dread.

The Role of Sound in Exploration

Your primary means of interaction in Noise revolves around a radio. There are no weapons at your disposal, underscoring the importance of sound in both navigation and survival. As you tune into various frequencies, you can catch snippets of conversations, contact others, or simply delve into the wavelengths of Soviet radio. This mechanic turns the radio into a pivotal instrument for piecing together the story, inviting players to listen closely to every creak and crackle.
