Night Concierge is a first-person horror game set in November 2003, in a Soviet-era apartment block on Builders Street. You work in the entrance booth, deciding which visitors to let inside and which to turn away. Some visitors are “others” who look like people and know residents’ names, but small clues can expose them.

Checking visitors

Compare each visitor’s face and apartment number with the resident log, then question them over the intercom. Their answers may reveal that they don’t know the neighbors or have the wrong floor. You can also check vestibule cameras for signs such as a missing reflection, a shadow, or footprints, and call an apartment from the desk phone to see whether its resident is home.
