Neon & Bones

Running the count room

Neon & Bones is a crime strategy game set in Las Vegas from 1957 to 1961. You run a casino for the Chicago Family, deciding what happens to the money after the count room door closes at ten o’clock. Declare it and pay taxes, send Chicago its share, pay the crew, or keep the money yourself. Each choice changes the heat on you, the Family’s patience and your crew’s loyalty. The FBI keeps a file that grows as events unfold.

Seven chapters in Las Vegas

The story follows your rise from the casino’s keys and count room to the old man’s chair. Decisions surface in set pieces, including a dinner with the Cleveland boss where someone at the table is whispering your numbers, and a raid after Apalachin that gives you sixty seconds to burn the ledger or keep Chicago’s copy as leverage.
