MOTHERLODE

Prospecting and excavation

MOTHERLODE is a first-person mining and factory-engineering game for PC. You prospect for deposits, sample the earth, then dig through finite terrain to recover material. The ground has different compositions, so what you excavate affects what you can sell and how you process it.

You start with simple tools and a patch of ground. Haul your finds, pan them by hand, or build machinery to separate valuable products from ordinary material and tailings. When a deposit is depleted, you’ll need to develop your operation and search for new ground.
