Modular Strategy in Moduwar

Moduwar redefines the Real-Time Strategy (RTS) genre, swapping out traditional unit commands for an innovative approach based on modular gameplay. Instead of commanding an army, players take control of the Modu, a water-dwelling species capable of evolving and adapting its organic structure in real time. This adaptive gameplay encourages players to think critically about organ combinations and evolutionary choices, creating highly personalized strategies for battle.

Evolving the Modu for Combat

At the core of the gameplay is the heart, the Modu’s essential organ that players must protect fiercely. As you gather resources, you can expand your Modu by growing new tiles and placing various organs strategically. This allows for the creation of custom units that can tackle any battle scenario. The more you play, the better you learn to grow specialized organs that enhance your combat effectiveness and provide distinct tactical advantages.
