Midpoint

The Darkness Awakens in Midpoint

In Midpoint, a thrilling 2D Metroidvania for PC, players navigate a world teetering on the edge of darkness. With RPG elements interwoven into gameplay, you'll face off against enemies, evade their attacks, and absorb vital spiritual energy. The unique mechanic of being possessed by spirits of light and darkness introduces a captivating twist, allowing you to evolve and enhance your abilities as you battle to save the world from impending doom.

Absorbing Spiritual Energy to Power Up

The spiritual energy system lies at the heart of Midpoint's combat. As you face foes, you can drain their energy to fuel your own powers, increasing the damage you deal with basic attacks. Being close to enemies maximizes this effect, encouraging strategic positioning in battles. This design not only enriches gameplay but also compels players to confront enemies head-on rather than using ranged tactics exclusively.
