METAGAL

Meta's Mission in METAGAL

In METAGAL, players step into the shoes of Meta, a cyborg girl on a mission to rescue her creator, Dr. Ray, from the grips of the malevolent General Creeper. This 2D platformer is packed with action, taking players through eight challenging stages filled with intense battles and unique environments. Each stage presents players with the hurdle of not only defeating enemies but also reclaiming Meta's kidnapped sisters, who have been transformed into battle-ready cyborgs.

Dynamic Characters and Unlockable Content

One of the standout features of METAGAL is the character unlock system. Upon completing the game with GAL.00, players can unlock GAL.01, also known as "Shield GAL." While she cannot access GAL powers, she can enhance her abilities through collected power-up items. This adds a layer of depth to replayability, allowing gamers to explore character strengths and strategies after finishing the main storyline.
