Mask of the Plague Doctor

The Quest Against the Waking Death

Mask of the Plague Doctor casts players into the turbulent world of Thornback Hollow, where a mysterious illness known as the Waking Death undermines both the health of the populace and the political fabric of the town. Drawing from a rich interactive novel format, the game features a staggering 410,000 words of narrative, inviting players to navigate a gripping tale filled with choices that directly impact the outcome of the story.

Choices That Shape Destiny

As a player, you assume the role of a plague doctor, charged with the potentially impossible task of halting a deadly disease while grappling with personal agendas. Your decisions shape not just your doctor’s skills (whether they specialize in surgery, medical theory, or even mysticism) but also relationships with fellow doctors, townsfolk, and authority figures. Each choice can bring about alliances, rivalries, or romantic entanglements that complicate your mission.
