Make Her Real is a psychological horror visual novel that delves into deep issues of loneliness, guilt, and the complexity of human connection. In this story, players navigate the mind of a young inmate haunted by his circumstances and the ghosts of his past. The narrative is driven by the surprising arrival of a faded body pillow, which sparks a unique and unsettling relationship that challenges perceptions of reality.

The Psychological Depth of the Narrative

Set in an oppressive environment, the protagonist's isolation forms the backbone of the game. The body pillow, a relic from a romance visual novel, becomes a vessel for the character's unresolved feelings and desires. As the pillow seemingly comes to life, it represents the thin line between comfort and delusion. Through this unconventional plot device, players explore the tension between longing for connection and the fear of emotional entrapment.
