MAINLINE

Game overview

MAINLINE is a roguelike first-person shooter where you play as caffeine injected into a human. Your goal is to reach the brain before the human falls asleep, avoiding metabolism while killing enemies to gain back time. The game emphasizes speed, requiring continuous movement and quick kills to extend your gameplay.

Combat and enemies

In the game, you face enemies within a microscopic environment modeled after the human bloodstream. Each enemy has a weak point, and defeating them through these points restores your magazine to full. You need to maintain an unbroken chain of kills to keep moving at high speed, avoiding obstacles like clot lasers and adenosine receptors. Taking damage will drain your remaining time, creating a sense of urgency.
