LostEcho

Anomaly-spotting horror

LostEcho is a PC game set in an abandoned hospital. You use a flashlight to check rooms for changes, comparing what you see with what’s normal.

Rooms and anomalies

Look for details that have changed, such as a turned chair, a missing ruler or a poster that seems to be watching you. Close the wrong door and you start over. The game has eight floors and thirty-four anomalies.
